CHAC/Section 8 Voucher Rental

       The Housing Choice Voucher Program is a national rental assistance program, funded  by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The goal of the program is to assist low- and moderate-income families to rent housing in the private market, by paying a portion of the family’s rent each month. The program allows families to access a broader range of quality housing options—options that they might not otherwise be able to afford.

         E&C Realty Group LLC and E&C Building and Development Inc. have formed a close working relationship with the Chac Section 8 Voucher Program. Through our experience working with the program, we have grasped the knowledge and skill to ensure our properties meet the very high housing standards set by the program for it's voucher recipients.

        E&C has taken an active role in the rehabilitaion and re-developement of low income areas within the City of Chicago. E&C has been rehabbing single-family and multi-family homes now for the last 6 years.  With the assistance of the voucher program, we have been able to offer these homes to families in need of quality housing, that would not otherwise have been able to afford to do so.
