           With the demand for affordable housing at an all time high, E&C Building and Devlopment Inc. has taken an active role in the rehabilitaion and development of single-family and two-flat units in Chicago.   

          E & C purchases distressed homes which would otherwise be demolished and rehabs them, in the end offering them back to families that are in need of housing. E & C has formed a close working relationship with the CHAC SECTION 8 program, ensuring its properties meet the very high housing standards set by the program for its recipients.  

         E & C's rehabed properties are offered for sale and/or rental. Our inventory constantly changes and we generally have between two to four homes or untis availble per month. For a list of our available rehabed properties check our Rental Properties  or Our Featured Homes pages.
