2009 Is Shaping Up To Be a BIG Year For E&C. E&C Will Now Be Providing Two New Services,  REO Property Preservation and Home Remodeling!

NEW E&C OFFICES IN 2007/2008

We're very pleased to announce that Winter 2007 will see the initial construction phase of the new E&C Realty Group LLC and E&C Building and Development office complex. We're very close to finalizing our deal for the construction of a eight to ten office strip in the Dupage County vicinity. The goal is to provide a one stop shop strip mall that will include both E&C companies, an Insurance company, Mortgage company, Title company, Attorney firm, as well as some dining facilities. This has been a long time in the making and we're finally very close to working out specific arragements and agreements with the prospective companies. E&C Building and Development will undertake the role of General Contractors on this project and construction should be complete in early 2008.
